Here at Grow, we have come to recognize that the greatest challenge facing our nation’s mental health crisis is not only a shortage of providers but, more specifically, a lack of well trained, relationally oriented clinicians. To that end, we have made a conscious effort to invest in a rigorous, immersive, and supportive space for clinicians who are wanting to go further in their own personal and professional growth. The Green House focuses on personal and group supervision, advanced training in attachment-based treatment modalities, and deeper dives into clinical theory… all of which is provided at no cost. The support and development of our staff is congruent with the clinical values we hold with our clients. Growing efficiently means growing together.
