Jack’s approach to therapy

Jack holds a strong belief that every client, regardless of age and background, can feel heard when accessing therapeutic support. Jack’s clinical focus centers around CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), person-centered therapy, play therapy, and EFT (emotionally focused therapy) approaches. Jack believes that the combination of these modalities provides the client with not only a comfortable space to process, and confront, challenging emotions/feelings, but also the freedom to change behaviors. Jack believes that the collaboration between client and therapist is essential towards providing effective care and assisting the client with their therapy goals.
