Stephanie's approach to therapy

Whether you are seeking therapy for yourself or a loved one, I greatly value the trust and vulnerability required to start the therapeutic process. In my approach to therapy, I strive to foster a genuine, safe, and collaborative environment with each client.

In my work with adults, I deeply value the power of each individual’s story. With curiosity and compassion, I walk alongside you in your narrative to help integrate the intersection of mind, body, feelings, relationships, and goals.

When working with adolescents, I am acutely aware of the challenges and triumphs that teens maneuver through in their relationships, at school, and with technology.

With active listening and kindness, I walk with teens in their journey of discovery and promote growth towards healthy self-esteem, awareness, and identity development.
